“I hired Laurence as a Lead Developer to help with the completion of a very troubled and complex project and he was absolutely key to its success. Laurence brought the positive energy and creativity needed to re-boot the project moral - he was a great team lead, very proactive, responsible and reliable. The project required a great deal of frontend and backend knowledge, and despite coming to the project with a strong skillset, Laurence would always take the initiative to improve by learning new systems on his own time to ensure the best results during work hours.
